Terms of Service

The League Roast is a software subscription service that provides fantasy football commissioner tools including automated analytics, AI-generated content, and league management features.

The League Roast is expressly not:

• A fantasy sports platform or league operator
• A gambling service or sports betting product
• A prize pool manager or escrow service
• A money transmitter or payment processor for league funds

The League Roast does not operate fantasy sports leagues, facilitate gambling, or process, hold, or transmit league prize funds of any kind. All The League Roast does is provide software tools to the commissioner of an existing league.

• Pricing: The Iron Commish tier is priced at $14.99 per football season.
• Billing: You are billed once per season at the time of purchase.
• No automatic renewal: Your subscription does not automatically renew without your explicit consent.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds after season access begins. If you have a billing issue, contact us at legal@theleagueroast.com.
• Free tier: A free tier is available with limited features. No payment information is required for free tier access.

By using The League Roast, you agree not to:

• Harass, defame, threaten, or intimidate real individuals using The League Roast tools
• Use AI-generated roast content to bully, target, or personally attack league members based on characteristics unrelated to fantasy football performance
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce The League Roast's interface, content, or underlying systems without written permission
• Share account credentials or provide access to The League Roast to unauthorized users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

The League Roast uses artificial intelligence to generate roast content, trade verdicts, and analytical commentary. Regarding this content:

• AI-generated content is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional sports, financial, or legal advice.
• Content is generated based solely on fantasy sports decisions and performance data — not on the personal characteristics, identity, or circumstances of any individual.
• The League Roast is not liable for AI-generated content that users find offensive, inaccurate, or objectionable, provided the content was generated in response to legitimate fantasy sports data.
• You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or distribute AI-generated content from The League Roast.

The League Roast's dues tracking feature is a record-keeping tool only. The League Roast does not process, hold, transmit, or guarantee the collection of any league funds. All financial transactions between league members are the sole responsibility of those members. The League Roast makes no representation that dues tracking records are legally enforceable or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The League Roast's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the total amount you paid The League Roast in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The League Roast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, regardless of whether The League Roast was advised of the possibility of such damages.

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, or otherwise).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of The League Roast after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
